Delivery
We aim to produce and post your items out to you in 7-10 working days. If you did need your items quicker then please email us and we can advise how quick our turnaround is at the time of your order being placed. We can always upgrade your items to express production and delivery for the fastest turnaround this is usually 3 working days. If this service is required then please let us know when purchasing items. Express service will incur an extra charge on each garment and delivery costs will be higher. Items without customisation will be posted out 3-5 working days
Returns and refund policy
We hope your happy with your purchase but if your not please email us with your concerns at Hudsworkwear@yahoo.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We can only refund if items are faulty or a mistake has been made by us. Returns need to be agreed with us by email and you will then have 30 days to send them back to us for investigation. We do not provide a pick up service for faulty items and you will need to arrange the return delivery to us. Our address will be given to you when return has been agreed. We recommend that before purchasing items that you have checked the size guide for each item as each brand vary in size and we can't be held responsible for ordering of the wrong size. We will not accept return on items if there is an error on the design after you have approved the test design. Please ensure you check spellings and contact information on your proof carefully. Test designs will always be sent to you for approval prior to completing your order.
